Annotation: 35 pts	The article talks about the need to improve laboratory performance, from improving the quality of results to decreasing the time it takes to reducing the number of errors. It does this by referencing other articles and puts all of the information they have found into one location with the results and the implications. It is intended to help a health care manager decide which of the recommendations to implement into their own lab to help improve the quality and timeliness of their lab.

Reflection: 25 pts	This article will most likely be used as an example of some of the things the lab I am interning in has implemented. It will give me examples of what could be improved as well as what they are already excelling at. It will probably be used mainly in my first paragraph to set up the rest of my paper.
